WJ Series CNC HPW Deburring & Cleaning Center

WJ series HPW cleaning machine is five-axis  CNC cleaning center, with ATC nozzle storage，working pressure is up to 50MPa， can clear away scissel chip, burr, and other contaminants effectively, which attached on the surface of workpieces. It can be applied to chip removing, deburring, sand clear and surface washing for workpieces. The cleaning machine utilizes only water as washing media, no detergents is needed.

Integrated deburring & washing, 2 in 1

CNC HPW Deburring & Cleaning Center's working pressure is up to 500bar. Through special Jetting Nozzle, it can remove burrs and scissel chips attached on the surface of workpieces or inside the cross-holes, which can substitute for Brushing and Tem. The cone-shape nozzles can washing workpieces effectively.
